Practical insight comes from working inside education.
Designing a programme is one part of the story. Supporting the people who teach it, assessing learning consistently and reviewing its quality are what bring that programme to life.
Pavi Dhamija’s experience in New Zealand spans teaching, academic leadership and programme development. That perspective informs our work with institutions seeking relevant curricula, stronger teaching practice and sustainable improvement.
Bring learning outcomes, teaching approaches, assessment and industry relevance into alignment.
Build faculty confidence through mentoring, practical development and shared academic practice.
Turn programme review and assessment evidence into purposeful, ongoing development.

CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE ACADEMIC PRACTICE
Education practice grounded in Te Aao Maori principles.
Pavi bases her education practice on Te Aao Maori principles and draws on Te Whare Tapa Whā, Tā Mason Durie’s model of wellbeing, to consider learners’ physical, mental and emotional, spiritual, and whānau wellbeing. This supports an approach that recognises identity, relationships and belonging alongside academic progress.
She is well versed in NZQA standards and requirements for assessment, academic quality and moderation, helping teams connect culturally responsive teaching with clear outcomes, sound evidence and consistent academic practice.
