Meet Pavi Dhamija
Pavi Dhamija founded Elevate Academia to help educational institutions strengthen academic quality and create meaningful learning experiences. She brings over 15 years of experience in tertiary education across Canada, New Zealand and India.
Her work with First Nations educational institutions and Māori education providers spans curriculum and programme development, assessment and moderation, academic quality, governance and educator development. Drawing on experience with NZQA requirements and other accreditation authorities, she helps academic teams turn standards into practical improvements that support learners and teaching teams.
Her academic experience spans broader healthcare, sports and exercise science, early childhood education, social work, trades and industrial education, legal studies, healthcare management, rehabilitation, sterilisation, and infection prevention and control. This breadth supports an approach that connects academic quality with the needs of different disciplines, learners and industries.
